01 - General terms+ I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
+ Prices are subject to change based on demand.02 - Payment+ Commissions will be paid 100% upfront. Commissions over 100€ can be split into 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
+ Payments will be made via Paypal in EUR (€).
+ Payments will be initiated via an invoice I’ll send you.
+ If you intend to commission an artwork for commercial purposes, a commercial fee will be added. (+100% of the price).03 - Process & Delivery+ A commission request will be done via Google Form (link provided in bottom of the page). I'll review received commission forms and if I decide to take on the project, I'll contact you to officially start the commission process.
+ The time it takes to finish a commission varies from a week to 1 - 2 months depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece, revisions, health and other work. I'll update you weekly. I’ll keep you informed about any situations that might affect the timeframe!
+ I’ll send you a sketch for confirmation that you must accept before I can continue the work.
+ Once the piece is finished and complete payment has been made, you will receive your commissioned piece.
+ If you need me to meet a certain deadline, let me know in advance and I’ll let you know whether I can work with those conditions or not. A rush fee might be added.04 - Revisions+ You get 2 rounds of revisions on the commissioned piece included in the price - one during the sketching stage and another one during the coloring stage. Additional revisions will be charged.
+ A fee will be added if you want changes on the final drawing or change something you have previously approved. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.05 - Copyright & Usage+ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
+ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
+ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online.
+ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels as long as credit is given to me, the artist.
+ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.) unless discussed otherwise.
+ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.
+ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless discussed otherwise.
+ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for NFT or AI projects.06 - Cancellation and refund policy+ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission and need to cancel it, you will receive a full refund.
+ If you cancel your order before I have started working on the commission, you can get a full refund.
+ You are not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission
+ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
+ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
